Two single-storey pitched roof extensions to existing dental surgery building to provide new entrance and reception area and additional surgery, with internal reconfiguration works within ground floor and second floor to improve building layout and functionality. Installation of new roof lights.
The Contractor will be required to enter into and comply with JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2024 (IC). It is a phased project with six sequential sections. 32 weeks in duration.

Construction of a single storey pavilion building housing changing rooms for cricket together with social spaces for cricket and community use. Associated landscaping and other external works, including stand alone bin store.
The contractor will be required to enter into and comply with a JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2024 (MW). It is a single phase project with a projected 41 week duration.
