The Parish Council has partnered with a local Community
Interest Company, Active in the Community (AITC), to manage bookings for the
Airfield Pavilion from 1 April 2024.
AITC's ethos centres around making venues valuable community facilities,
ensuring that they are accessible and affordable to local clubs, organisations
and community groups.
You will be able to see the spaces and live availability across the
pavilion on AITC's website.
To then make a booking enquiry, either call on 0300 0302482 or simply complete the online form or send an
email directly to: lettings@aitc.org.uk.
This is monitored by AITC's lettings administration team who will be happy
to promptly guide you through the process.
Haddenham Airfield Pavilion Car Parking has a ANPR system in operation. Car Parking is free of charge for 1.5 hours Monday to Friday and 3 hours free of charge on Saturday and Sunday. Users of the Haddenham Airfield Pavilion and Playing Fields are able to park longer by entering their number plate.
Car Parking Provision:
50 marked spaces
4 EV Charging Spaces (currently out of use)
4 Disabled Spaces
The ANPR Parking restrictions are operated by Horizon Parking the Parish Council does not receive any revenue through car parking fines.
