Birds at Snakemoor

Snakemoor Nature Reserve is a great place to visit for the ardent bird watcher. The number of birds who are present is extensive! The reserve has over 25 bird boxes to encourage birds to nest there. The majority of these bird boxes are small to encourage smaller birds with some larger owl boxes. These have proved a huge success with nearly all the boxes used by a variety of different species.
