Land At Churchway Planning Update

The Parish Council has been notified that the outline planning application for up to 89 homes at Land At Churchway (23/00311/AOP) will be considered at a meeting of the Central Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee. The meeting will take place at 2.30pm on Wednesday 10th January 2024 in The Oculus at The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF.

Further details on the application are available on Buckinghamshire Council’s website, including the Planning Officer’s report to the committee, which recommends that the application be approved subject to the satisfactory completion of a S106 agreement seeking to secure various matters

Those wishing to address the Planning Committee must register between 12 noon Thursday (the week before the committee meeting) and 10.00am on the Monday prior to the meeting date.

The Parish Council set out several reasons whys it objected to the application in its comments submitted on 7 August 2023, however, Buckinghamshire Council is responsible for determining planning applications.
