Warm Spaces & Cost of Living Support

Published: 02 November 2022

With the cost of living crisis ongoing, many people are worried about their ability to keep up with energy bills and stay warm this winter. However, there is support available.

Haddenham Warm Spaces
Starting Tuesday 8th November 2022 and running until Tuesday 28th February 2023, Warm Spaces will be available within Haddenham every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am to 4pm.

Warm Spaces are locations where everyone is welcome to attend and keep warm, enjoy some company and get a hot drink and soup lunch. Volunteers from the Fish Scheme or Carrie the community vehicle will be able to help with transport for those who need it. Attendance is free, but a voluntary donation of £1 per session is welcome from those who can afford it.

On Tuesdays, Warm Spaces will be held at the Methodist Church Hall, High Street. On Thursday and Friday, Warm Spaces will be held at Haddenham Community Library with lunch served in Haddenham Parish Council’s conference room located at the village hall, entrance opposite the library, between 12-2pm.
