Haddenham Parish Council Facilities Manager Vacancy

Can you help us to manage our expanding portfolio of buildings and grounds? We are a large Parish Council in Buckinghamshire between Aylesbury and Thame with extensive new housing development and ever-growing facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in a newly created position. Our assets include sports pavilions, playing fields, playgrounds, streetlights, trees, ponds, highway verges, parish centre and village hall complex. You will be part of a small, dedicated team working in an active, lively community.

We are looking for an effective communicator able to use your experience and initiative from the off. For the right person, there’s the opportunity to expand the role in new directions. 37 hours per week, office based with some home working possible. Salary circa £31k with 5% employer contributory pension. To start as soon as possible.
