New pharmacy hotline for non-prescription items

To help cope with increased demand, JMW Vicary has set up a new hotline for non-prescription items only.
HOTLINE Tel number: 07592 088 180. Call 9am-12noon Mon-Fri only. Outside these times, customers can leave a message or complete the attached form and email it to email@example.com.
Prescription items should still be ordered through the normal Pharmacy (or Surgery) channels. For prescriptions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org (preferred) or phone 01844 291960, if email not possible.
Customers should not ring the main Pharmacy number to place an order for non-prescription items. They will be advised to ring or leave a message on the NEW Telephone number above to put in their order.
Customers ringing the new hotline will speak to a vetted, discreet and helpful Fish Scheme volunteer who will take the details of their order and pass these to the pharmacy for processing. This will allow Pharmacy staff more time to focus on the increased prescription workload resulting from the Covid19 crisis.
Customers will get a phone call from the pharmacy when their order has been processed so that they can pay over the phone or they can come and pick up the items and pay at that point.
Customers registered for Home Delivery can have these items delivered once they have been paid for over the phone.
Non Home Delivery customers will need to go to the Pharmacy to collect their purchases once they have been rung to say that their order is ready.
