Haddenham Airfield Pavilion and Playing Fields

The Parish Council has partnered with a local Community Interest Company, Active in the Community (AITC), to manage bookings for the Airfield Pavilion from 1 April 2024. 

AITC's ethos centres around making venues valuable community facilities, ensuring that they are accessible and affordable to local clubs, organisations and community groups.

You will shortly be able to see the spaces and live availability across the pavilion on AITC's website. 
 
To then make a booking enquiry, simply complete the online form or send an email directly to: lettings@aitc.org.uk. This is monitored by AITC's lettings administration team who will be happy to promptly guide you through the process.

A large versatile space, the function room is perfect for a wide range of events including conferences, exercise classes and special occasions.

• 113m² function room capable of accommodating 60 people seated and 100 standing,
• Connected via a serving hatch to a large, fully-equipped kitchen
• Free wifi
• Free access to sound system
• Large presentation screen available
• Light and airy with double doors leading to outside terrace
• Discounts available for Haddenham residents and groups

The Airfield Pavilion also provides facilities for local youth football teams and other sports teams to use.

The sports wing includes toilets, changing room and showers, including a designated area for match officials.

The sports wing and outdoor space is also available for hire for exercise classes, events, and more.
