Haddenham Conference Room

Looking for somewhere to hold your next meeting? 

The recently refurbished conference room at Haddenham Village Hall is the perfect venue for both business and community meetings.

Conveniently located in the centre of Haddenham, a short walk from the train station, and within easy reach of Thame and Aylesbury, the conference room is ideal for a wide variety of uses. It is regularly used by local groups and committees and is suitable for meetings, presentations, training sessions, talks and classes.

Able to comfortably seat up to 40, the room is fully equipped with a large table, chairs, free wifi, access to toilet facilities and a private kitchenette for making hot drinks. A large screen and modern audio visual equipment can also be hired for use in presentations, screenings or hybrid meetings.

Discounts are available for local groups and hire prices start at just £18 per hour.

Airfield Pavilion Function Room Playing Fields

We are pleased to announce that the work to construct the new Airfield Pavilion at Tibbs Road was completed in December 2022.  The new site includes a large versatile function room, fully-equipped kitchen, and outdoor pavilion. Designed with sustainability in mind, the new pavilion features solar panels, enhanced insulation, a heating system designed to run at lower temperatures, and a sedum roof.

The Airfield Pavilion Function Room is perfect for a wide range of events inclusive of conferences and special occasions. Capable of seating over 100 people, the function room is adjacent to a large fully-equipped kitchen. 

The Airfield Pavilion also provides facilities for local youth football teams and other sports teams to use. The outdoor spaces is also available for hire for exercise classes, events, and more.

Woodways Pavilion Function Room & Playing Fields 

The Woodways Pavilion Function Room & Playing Fields are predominantly utilised by a wide range of sports clubs and 'The Whistler' Social Club. 

Discounts are available for Haddenham residents and non-profit organisations and hire prices start at just £13 per hour.
