Each year the five committees set out their proposals for the way forward and set out the forward plan from 1st April..

To ensure effective maintenance of assets.
To bring into service the Handyman’s Workshop.
To assess, and if required, replace the Pavilion roof.
To complete a Management Agreement with Haddenham Sports & Social Club.
To address the recommendations of the Internal Auditor.
To launch the work of the Forward Planning Team.
To complete the Lease for the Airfield Sports Facilities.
To design, agree and complete the groundwork at the airfield site.
